Bayleigh Welsh Terriers have put forth the first Welsh Terrier to earn AKC’s Grand Champion title, the top winning Welsh Terrier bitch of all time, and America’s current #1 Terrier.

Bayleigh Welsh Terriers is the top Owner/Breeder of Welsh Terriers. This means that we don’t succeed primarily by purchasing and showing other breeder’s stock. Rather, we work diligently to bring diversity into the program, and achieve the greatest success through presenting the dogs we have personally bred and own.

Our expert handlers select show dogs at a young age, so that their littermates can be placed with loving families as early as possible. On average, our show dogs retire around the young age of 2, so that they too can live with their forever families. We feel it important that our dogs lead rich lives outside of the ring. Our Breeding Sires and Dams live in family homes; not kennels. Upon visiting the home of breeder Keith Bailey, you will be greeted by only two adult dogs; her beloved companions Jennie and Spyder.
