Hi Keith,

It’s been a little over two weeks now that Knox leaped into our lives and he has been doing great, but my how time flies when you have a puppy in the house! We traveled all the way from California to Knoxville, TN to get him but we wouldn’t have it any other way. We were nervous about the flight home – what would we need, how do we book the flight, will the puppy be scared (and yes, we knew we’d be nervous and scared too!) but it all worked out. The medium soft-sided carrier was perfect and fit nicely under the seat in front of us. We were asked for health records when checking in for our flight but an email from you saying that a vet had evaluated the puppy was sufficient. Way easier than expected at the airport and it sure helped set our mind at ease for the rest of the trip.

We are thrilled to have this handsome little guy in our life and have been slowly introducing him to our family and friends and as expected, Knox has been a perfect gentleman! He is having a great time running and exploring our (now his!) backyard…we even think he has tracked a few critters in his explorations. Matt and I are looking forward to taking Knox for hikes on the lovely trail by our home once he is old enough and to outdoor restaurants and cafes. We’ve already taught him to ‘come’ when called and since he loves to pick up things in the backyard, we are working on the ‘leave it’ command but that one may take some more time as the inquisitive terrier spirit is ever present!

Thank you so much for the time you spent with us when we came to get Knox and welcoming us into your Welsh Terrier family. We look forward to adding another one of your Welsh Terriers to our family in a few years.

All our best,
Matt & Cheryl
